Frequently Asked Questions

Orders ship from Hong Kong and will be processed only on weekdays. Shipping is subject to change and will be determined at time of order.

A base shipping charge will be quoted at the time of order placement that could be amended at a later date for additional charges in the foreign country. Transit days to the recipient will vary depending upon the destination country. Duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.

All standard deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via Hong Kong Post. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding when you will receive your order.

Special requests, including specification of carrier and/or future delivery dates, may include additional charges. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional charges, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests, such as gift box, gift wrap, and monogramming.

We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your purchase if it is presented with established proof of purchase and in saleable condition. Simply follow the guidelines below:

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt.
  • Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging.
  • Altered apparel, special orders, personalized/monogrammed items are identified as "final sale" cannot be returned.
  • Sunseekers reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the returned items are deemed defective.

  • Returns by mail are at your expense and should be sent in original packaging to:

  • After receiving and confirming the perfect state of the item and its packaging, we will refund you within a maximum of 15 days by re-credit on the means of payment used at the time of purchase.

What is the balance on my gift card or e-gift card?

You can check the balance of your gift card by contacting us at hello@sunseekers.com.hk.

How long will it take to receive my gift card refund?

It usually takes about 10-14 business days to get your gift card refund back on your card.
